    excellent intro of Meditation

    It describes how to meditate Zen style in great detail and clearly.The language is clear and the book is not as esoteric as other Zen writings. It definitely is a good, serious read on the subject of Zen.

    THOUSAND stars.

    . I'm interested in the concept, I've done some reading - mostly on tangential materials about meditation and stress management.This book has really helped me begin to understand what zen means at its foundation.

    Highly Useful Five-Star

    This book is very well done and concise.It can be read very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is.This was a good bite sized introduction.
