We've all been there - trying to make sense of our lives; trying to be balanced, be effective, and be happy all at the same time. Sounds like a tall order, doesn't it? In fact, it is a tall order but not impossible - if you have an approach with both structure and the flexibility that allows you to be effective and to have fun while you are doing it.
Very structured approaches only work for a very small percentage of people. This book is different.
It approaches the problem of the lack of good self-leadership (the first and most fundamental leadership skill) with stories containing humor and insight. It has enough structure for understanding but not so much that it becomes a burden. You can easily adapt the ideas here to fit your unique life and circumstances to become an effective leader of your own life. After all, who doesn't want to be happier?
So let's take a peek under the hood...
