    You son't regret listening this.

    It was helpful and it was full of many great insights emotion and ideas, to think about and to ponder over emotion. Definitely was a benefit to listening this, it offers practical help and advice on this subject.

    Very helpful book to emotion!

    This book is different from ordinary self-help guides. It's wonderfully systematic and the author comes straight to the point. The tips and techniques are great and above all, they work. writes sensitive, never lecturing and everything is easy to understand. Highly recommended!

    Practical guide.

    Can breathe again i!

    Very well written and truly informative on where & how to best cope with Emotions. I especially found the strategy on Recording My Emotions extremely helpful. The book is a wonderful reminder of how being emotionally in tuned to create the life of our dreams.

    This audiobook was purchased as a gift for me. The audiobook will help you deal with life, guaranteed. Excellent work by the author. So far this is the most helpful audible book for beginners that I have listening to.
