I chose to set out on this journey of writing books to provide a clean slate for the control of your emotions. Those who have faced the darkest depths of stress and anxiety. Those who haven't gotten to enjoy their life because their brains won't shut up long enough for them to do something fun and actually enjoy any given day.

I want to give as much value as I possibly can to help lift the weight of the world, no matter what form that weight may be, off of the shoulders of everyday men and women. The exact people who break their backs at work, change a thousand diapers a day as mothers and fathers, who take all of the crap life can throw at them but still choose to push forward. There are many walks of life, I know a few of them personally, and I'm aiming to make life as stress-free as possible for everyone who needs a helping hand.
