Lacks any structure
the book assumes the stance of positive thinking in conversations - be interested in others, and accept their opinions without one-upping or correcting them - verbosely and without any structure or without any context in which the tips would be applied. So we're told to adopt ways of expressing from the other, except when you shouldn't, and this "do this, but sometimes you have to do the other" goes on and on without any meaningful structure. It would make the book 100% better if every "don't do X" could be joined by a "here's why we do X and that's how we should deal with it instead".

Waste of money
Wouldn't waste your money on this book. In one chapter he says to take up space in a conversation and breathe and respond with well thought out answers. However, in a couple chapters later he says the quicker you respond the better even if you're thinking out loud. He needs to learn that in order to have "charisma"you need to stop contradicting your own advice. It's not very good for book sales. There are better books out there so I'd skip this one.

I’d buy more of his books
A+ for his choice of narrator. A lot of audible books have either the authors or a poor narrator.
Content wise, this is a great book and I highly recommend it. Broken down into concise logical sections that are easy to follow and flow into each other. I bookmarked a lot of it and plan to re listen again.
