très ennuyeux et pas assez instructif
la narration est très ennuyeuse. le livre est basé sur des exemples militaires superficiels, parfois des exemples du monde du business auraient été plus instructifs

Great for network marketing professionals as well
It was definitely one of my favorite books ever! Very very practical, total applicable tips. I was a manager in the corporate world as well as a network marketing professional. It makes total sense in both position. I could remember several episodes when I misbehave and also acted the right way. I enjoyed the book so much that I wish it was longer than it is.

Nothing you don't know
I was excited starting this, thinking it would have some clever insights but it's really nothing you don't already know. Maybe if you are very very young and have really never seen any exams of leadership you might find some interesting points.
It's also hard to listen to a whole book narrated in this style.

Great book about leadership

nr1 book on leadership
if i were to give someone just 1 book to give them the knowledge and prerequisites to become a good leader this is it. The performance in this audiobook is of course flawless. Because, the author and reader makes a living teaching leadership and speaking on a podcast.If you have this book then all you need to do is read it, understand it, and practice it. Im positive.

Classic Jocko
If you know Jocko, you know what to expect. It goes into the same direction as Dichotomy of Leadership and Extreme Ownership, backing the principles with experiences from war and corporate world. It's a compact compendium, a field manual. 5/7 recommend

A treasure chest of simple but extremely valuable tips
This is the 3rd book from Jocko Willink that I’ve read and ingested. They are all really good but this really does provide both a foundation and an excellent quick reference to doing the right things, avoiding the mistakes and simply polishing up your behavior and skills to be a better leader. Very human, always fair and so true. Try not to see some of the leaders in your own experience who might well have made themselves better if they had also read this and acted accordingly. It’s a Gem and a must read for all levels of hierarchy.

Simple, straight and universally applicable
Good for leaders in the military or business. Clear and easy to understand language that sticks. If you are leading a group you will find plenty of easy and and fast forward tactics you can apply in your day to day work
