    Where is the supporting PDFs with the shopping lists and meal plan.

    Audio content is good but there is no supporting pdf documents with this purchase. The title made me think there would be supporting pdf with the audio. The table of contents is not helpful at all. There are no chapter titles. You cannot find topics or go back to a recipe. You have to setup flags while listening in order to find something you liked or want to go back to. If I could I would return.

    Wow! Excellent

    Wow! Excellent cookbook for those into keto nutrition. I own way way WAY too many cookbooks. Keto books are hit or miss, for the most part.

    great

    At the risk of sounding paid to write this review (I wasn't!) I am IN LOVE with this cookbook. The recipes are super detailed and easy to follow. As someone who doesn't have a lot of cooking knowledge and really needs a recipe to follow, I can't say enough about her ability to lay out each step and be clear.

    Amazing book

    I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different.

    Fantastic

    Having personally worked with clients as a registered dietitian, I can attest that most of the difficulty in getting one to reach their health goals is not just eating healthier, but preparing and having the right foods stocked, so that when hunger hits, you’re prepared.

    Clear instructions

    Great selection of recipes for those who want to make keto meals quick and easy. I love the wide variety and clear instructions. The recipes are easy to follow and great for anyone on a low carb high fat diet. My favorite dishes are the “Keto burgers” and “spicy riced cauliflower

    Good Book >Nice>

    An astonishing arrangement of cookbook ! I just started my keto diet and was searching for a book that separates things and gives simple plans. This has all and the sky is the limit from there! The creator completes an awesome activity making the eating routine simple to pursue and the plans and dinners plans will spare me a great deal of time.

    Fast and easy meal prep recipes.

    The formula's are anything but difficult to pursue and the ones that I have attempted so far are exceptionally delectable. With everything taken into account it's a decent book that I would prescribe to anybody hoping to give the Keto diet a go.After following the writer's recommendation I have lost 9 lbs off my body. I am additionally eating more advantageous and began working out too.Wish I read this sooner since I haven't felt this incredible in a very long time.
