    This was a good listen.

    This audio book is a complete guide to a quick Keto diet lifestyle. I was stuck in a body I was not happy with and I knew it was time for a change. And this audio book is the perfect solution to all my problems.I am really happy that I tried this keto diet.

    Well done! Brilliant audiobook.

    Done some listening on this topic before, but the books I got lost me as I went through them. This one I am pleased to say didn’t! I am more of a actions person, so I really like it when the book offers step by step instructions and day by day plans to get me going on the keto diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Happy!

    I really enjoyed listening and learning

    the audio book also shows how this kind of diet works and it discusses the benefits that this diet could give and it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively and it also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious.
