    There’s nothing like a good cozy romance to put a smile on my face, especially one like this with great plot ideas, a rivals-to-lovers trope, lively banter and sparky support characters. I’d be glad if the leads were a teensy bit more relatable, i.e. more like ordinary people, not highly talented and drop-dead gorgeous like Ben and Lori. That’s probably asking too much of the genre, so I’m rounding up to five stars anyway. Readers Tim Paige and Stephanie Rose in the audio version I listened to were fantastic, and I’ll definitely be looking out for more of Rich Amooi’s books.
