Great introduction to the style IMHO.
This is a deeper understanding of the style of arguably the most famous martial artist of modern times. To anyone who is interested in Jeet Kune Do or a better understanding of one Bruce Lee, this is a near perfect format (audio version).

good but short.
if the book was going to be that short, I feel that it should have been read by someone who obviously sounds like they have some fighting experience. the listening was stiff. but if you studied Bruce Lee in the past everything makes sense and is a pretty good book.
