    Perfect source of information

    This guide is very practical – it contains detailed explanations regarding the allowed foods, common questions, and much more. I highly recommend getting Lane Gordon's take on intermittent fasting and seeing how high quality it is! It simply blows the competition out of the water!     A pleasure to listen to

    Best purchase

    I was skeptical at first that I would not be able to manage and keep the diet up for a significant amount of time (aka more than a week). I was wrong! It is simple and delicious, but the meals are really quick to make, + the exercise helped me get rid of my aches! Fantastic!

    Incredible results!

    I have never found diets appealing or easy. I tried various diets in my younger days – from keto to full-on fasting, and I could not stick to a single one. This time, my hubby decided to motivate me by getting this audiobook and trying intermittent fasting together. Now that a few weeks have passed, I can safely say that I am doing well with it!     Brilliant guide

    A brilliant guide for any mature lady who wants to improve the quality of her life. I purchased this audiobook to start my venture into intermittent fasting with a friend of mine. We both agree that this guide is not only very informational but it is also really motivational. I was never one for diets; however, the authors did an excellent job explaining all the benefits of this diet. We have both seen results already – we feel much better in both our bodies and minds. Overall, I would highly recommend this audiobook for all ladies who are 50+; it gives you a new perspective and allows you to enjoy your mature days to their fullest!

    Straightforward

    These authors make intermittent fasting straightforward to implement. The meal preparation is easy and fast, so it is especially good if you are a busy person in general. I found the chapter regarding nutrition tips very useful, and I recommend giving it a proper listen!

    Fascinating

    The ultimate audiobook

    I have gone through quite a few books regarding intermittent fasting, and none of them has matched the quality of Lane Gordon's fantastic audiobook. It has plenty of detail and meal suggestions to keep you going. The section about the health benefits is a must-listen too.
