    Valuable content!

    I joined a IF Facebook group and tried to understand how it worked for months. The problem for me is members answer my questions and I get several answers for each. I truly wasn’t understanding it. This audiobook is absolutely WONDERFUL...deserving of all the great reviews it has had. For example I didn’t understand why I wasn’t in ketosis after two months of fasting. It was because I hadn’t changed over from burning glucose to fat. I did a 30 hour fast, and went into Ketosis, and I stay there. I still have 15 lbs to go to get to the top end of where I want my weight to be, but I have lost 77 pounds, and the best thing is that this may not always be easy, but it is very doable. I found the right “window” for me, eat well, and now find it painless. I’ll be on this way of eating, thankfully, for the rest of my life. I am very grateful for Audible, and the opportunity to actually change my life with this audio-course.

    Very complete

    This audiobook is a wonderful, clear outline of intermittent fasting and autophagy. Frederik presents the content in an easy-to-understand manner. Overall, a complete and inspiring guide.

    Very informative

    It is perfect. It explains all the difficult concepts in detail so that i can understand it properly for the first time in my life. It is broken down into bite size pieces so i can stay focused and think about what he said before i go on to the next part.

    Very helpful, informative and easy to follow

    This audiobook is wonderful, the narrators are very easy to follow and the author give very good advice. It was easy to follow and I really enjoyed all the new information I received on the matter. Definitely worth doing this book if you wish to know more about intermittent fasting and all the benefits!

    Highly recommend!

    I've learned more in the first 15 minutes of this audiobook than I have over the last few years of hearing about Intermittent fasting and autophagy from friends. This guide is amazing! After completing it, I'm ready for Intermittent Fasting the right way! I'm psyched!

    Best audiobook on intermittent fasting

    Awesome book! Straight to the point, no fillers. I used to speed up audio by 1.5 or 2x, but this one was packed with a lot of knowledge without long intros or buffers. Thank you!

    Top!

    Awesome book. I learn a lot from it. The author made a great job and the narrators are really good at explaining what intermittent fasting and autophagy is, why is beneficial and how it's done to maximize success depending on the goal. The author brings some of his personal experience in doing intermittent fasting, which shows how well he knows the subject. The chapters are very well organized so if you really want to listen on a particular area, then you can find it really easily. A really good audio course. I will recommend it.

    Great guide

    I enjoyed this audiobook so much and it’s a comprehensive guide on intermittent fasting and autophagy . The author explained each topic in a complete and simple manner that the audience could easily follow.
