What???
This book is poorly written- redundant info with little to no basis by which the author makes claims. Jumped all around from point to point.
Poorly performed in a dull monotonous voice. Really bad.

Great and very interesting books.
Great and very interesting books. I do like it. This books helped me understand the concept and encouraged me as I entered this journey. I have seen great results with intermittent fasting in conjunction with functional fitness training. Excellent, life-changing books! Made a huge difference in my health already! Very helpful information. recipes are easy and intriguing.

This is one of the best books I have just listend
This is one of the best books I have just listened to, a very interesting beginning, and there was not an impressive end. A great comprehensive guide to Intermittent Fasting. A fascinating, well-made book loaded with little known facts about Fasting. I could not wait to resume listening. Thank you to the author for a great book!

This book helped me understand that a lack of protein in my diet was causing me a lot of problems. So, I ate some protein and felt great. I feel I can tackle this IF thing and have success. I would have given it 5 stars if it was just a bit more informative.
