Edwin Dorset is a wanted man: an unending target with a lucrative bounty on his head. A fish out of water, abducted from his everyday life and thrust into a brave new world with an interdimensional death sentence.
But the reality of living in a story is what happens between the pages, when the adventure has stalled and all there is to do is wait for the next adventure to arrive. And adventure, as we all know it, comes of its own accord when you least expect it.
A standalone adventure set in the Impermanence universe between the events of The Bounty, Imperfectly Perfect poses the universal question: When you have nothing to gain from doing something, why do it at all? In a society where success is defined by money, power, and social standing, what drives an artist to paint what AI can in the split of a second without any reward whatsoever? Is expression dispensable, or does it matter far more than we think it does?
