    This audible seriously changed my life.

    he printing on this has skipped pages and poor quality. It says that is should not be sold outside of East Asia. This seems like a poor copy.

    One of Listen's Favorite Audio-books.

    This was one of the best audio-book I've ever heard or understood. I highly recommend this audio-book to anyone who is going through worry and stress... that we all face from time to time. I'm going to keep the audio-book handy.
