Should be the title of this book. Too superficial advices. You’re stressed ? Stress less! Kind of advices. The cover is very pretty and the title super efficient, that’s what caught my attention but I’ll read the reviews next time…

How to let mean people walk over you

Everything explained in this 'book' (1h15 is more of a presentation than a book) is superficial. You would truly need to be from a different planet to discover that 'being empathetic' and listening would be beneficial to 'hug a porcupine.'

I'm unsure why this is considered worthy of publication.

I admit I was swayed by the catchy title. Well done on that.

The performance of the speaker is O.K.

Too short, too basic, disappointing
