Mostly repeats from Book 1
The audiobook “Lean project management” (Book 1) by the same author does give a shortest possible overview on the subject. This Book 2 should perhaps just have been a chapter of Book 1 or a supplementary article. There is not really anything new in here and it is full of repeated phrases from Book 1… so much that at a point I had to stop the audio book and check if I had put Book 1 on again by accident.

Good introduction to complete part 1
I write the same review for part 1
If the topic new to you, I would highly recommend listen to this book. It is short and to the point introduction for lean project management. It is just a start don't expect too much.
If you already know the topic so don't waste your time it is the same basics you get used to listen.
If you already purchased it then refreshing your memory is never a bad idea.
This book should be a free book. It is just a long article.
