The enemy demands Americans be kicked out of every nation.

The high seas are their only refuge.
Ted and Emily crash into the middle of the enemy camp, but they've all been betrayed by David and his Legion. While Americans were the first to fall, it becomes clear the enemy leader has his sights set on a much larger target.
