You open up. You try to get closer. But the more you reach out… the more they pull away.

They need space. You need reassurance. And suddenly, what should be a relationship—feels more like a chase.

You overthink every message. Every pause. Every “I’m fine” that doesn’t feel fine at all.

And deep down, you wonder: “Is it me? Am I too much? Or not enough?”

This is what it feels like to live with an anxious attachment style—especially when you're in a relationship with someone emotionally avoidant.

The connection feels real… but so does the pain.

And the confusion.

And the exhaustion.

This audiobook is here to help you break that cycle.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the anxious-avoidant dynamic and why it keeps repeating
  • Stop over-pursuing and needing constant reassurance
  • Communicate without triggering withdrawal
  • Manage your anxiety without needing them to fix it
  • Set healthy boundaries while still honoring your needs
  • And start building emotional safety—from the inside out

This isn’t about forcing someone to change.

It’s about shifting your patterns, healing your responses, and learning to love without losing yourself.

Because love shouldn’t leave you anxious. It should make you feel safe, seen, and grounded.

Start listening now—and begin your journey toward the secure connection you’ve always deserved.

This book was helpful and gave me some much needed understanding . The book validates an anxious partners needs and concerns while simultaneously encouraging a change of perspective. The audible reader was pretty good too. My only complaint is that the book did tend to be repetitive.
