A child’s kidnapping in Hong Kong exposes a world more terrifying than you can imagine! Based on true events!
Hong Kong police detective William Lau’s daughter falls into the hands of child launders. These "baby brokers" forge a new identity for the stolen child, enabling them to ship the children around the world. They then sell them to wealthy families unable to legally adopt. Those not adopted are passed on to slave labor or organ donation. Desperate to find his child, Lau’s pursuit leads him to Memphis, Tennessee.
Meanwhile in franklin city, a quiet Memphis suburb, Bill Doolin is called back from retirement to investigate a high-profile cold case. Lau’s colleague's murder in franklin city brings the two hunters together. They join forces to find Lau’s daughter before her kidnappers take her beyond reach.
