They wait....
The ghosts were there the day it opened for business. The Leeward Hotel is a mirror. From the moment its first stone was laid, it has reflected the mysteries of the restless and the restless Atlantic Ocean over which it looms atop a stark cliff in Cornwall, with guests frequently seeing the highly eccentric owners walking around the halls while they were supposedly locked in their private haven upstairs.
That was close to two centuries ago. Tantalized by the secret ledger of the Leeward's prying manager, Spectra investigations has come to look into what appears to be a doubly cold case of apparitions seen in the monolithic inn's heyday. Still struggling to come to terms with the recent accident that took the life of one of their own and nearly that of their sponsor, the renowned Dr. Paul Rindelle, truth-at-any-cost team leader Dayla McCale, and her team are about to learn that nothing—not even "life"—is how it seems.
