Amazing
Absolutely love it. The full cast adds something inexplicable that opened a brand new aspect of reading to me. I can’t wait to listen to the rest, and will probably start over as soon as I am finished.

Excellent Audiobook !
Great first part, the dramatization of the audiobook really ads to the immersion ! It also saves from the cringy aspects of this books which I feared, but the voice actors definitely made it way more tolerable.

Full immersive experience
I have the book, and to hear it in english with all the voice actors, it was incredible. If all book audios could be like this one, full cast, it is something that only an audiobook can do. English is not my native language but I really loved it

Amazing experience!
This audiobook with a full cast of actors truly makes you feel like you’re inside the story. Each character has a distinct voice, adding so much dimension that it’s like watching a movie in your mind. You don’t just hear the words—you feel them, see them. The performances are so vivid, with each actor capturing the characters’ emotions perfectly, making the whole experience cinematic and deeply immersive. Every scene comes alive, making it easy to visualize every detail as if you’re right there with the characters. It’s storytelling at its best.

Not a stand-alone
I say this not because it's half the story, I know they need the income to pay a full cast of actors, but simply because the text is so abridged that at times the order of the information is changed...
I love the original book but got this one too, in order to have the male voices as well. Also, I have aphantasy and this format helps immensely with understanding the details and visualising the scene and interactions. I discovered many details even after having listened to the original twice... that alone made it worth the extra audiobook.
On another note, in the original audiobook format, Dane is presented as totally insufferable. The author has sinse come forward and expressed that she loves this character and he shouldn't be demonised for worrying about his chronically I'll best friend... I feel that here it's so much clearer that it all comes from a place of love thanks to the actor.
On the things I'm less of a fan of, I often felt the music was too much. Especially when Violet says ... in absolute silence 🎼🎶🎵... That would have been a good time to have, you know, silence, no?
What else... ooooooh yes, I know they want dialog to stand out against narration, but I hated that any interaction was at a lower volume with an echo. first of all it sounded like I was eavesdropping (perhaps that's what they wanted) but it also meant I couldn't listen to it on my lowest volume setting because I couldn't hear half of it.
I'll still get the second part and will probably get any more that come with the series.

Amazing 🤩
A lot of sentences have disappeared mysteriously 😑
But despite that, my favorite book has been great interpreted and the music + sound made this fantasy even more real

For teenager girls
Pretty shallow as a story, characters are not interesting and the plot is obvious. The universe is interesting and the read would be great for a young girl.
