    • Seven workouts that are all different from each other, so you never get bored! 
    • Lots of bodyweight warm-up exercises to be done both at home before running and outdoors.
    • Interval running and fartlek to run faster, build strength, and endurance.
    • Running with speed changes to improve aerobic power, and reduce heart and breathing rate at rest.
    • Stretching session at the end of all workouts to avoid injuries and increase flexibility and elasticity of muscles and tendons.
    • Background music for the duration of the workout to accompany you during the running and pump you up.
    • Follow-along coaching to help you do the exercises correctly and to guide you in the timing of the running, which is a lot of fun! 

    Every single workout is fun and comfortable to follow. 

    For the warm-up phase, there will be, in addition to various running exercises, also free body exercises to be carried out both at home and outdoors, where no position on the carpet or the floor is required. 

    During the workout, the running exercises will involve speed changes so you will not get bored. It will also improve aerobic power and build strength and endurance.

    Running races

    I thought it was just for one person, and I was like, “that’s a shame!” then I tried to listen with my bestie, and now we are doing the same exercises together! We are enjoying it so much!

    Unexpected training!

    I just love the idea of having a trainer and her music that keep me running. It is a great way to spend half an hour and I don’t feel lonely when my running mate can't train with me.

    What a surprise!

    I never imagined a high-quality training audiobook on audible! I truly reckon the author is a professional athlete because gives perfect instructions and timing to follow! Each exercise is divided into three parts: warm-up, running session, and stretching session, so you are free to choose the part of the training that interests you the most (follow all of them!)

    Great range of exercises.

    They include warm-up, running, and cool-down. There are many running exercises. I would recommend this audiobook to those who are easily bored while running or want to improve their running workout.

    Empowering

    Perfect exercises, I have done the first three are really great.
    Pros: excellent music choice, marvelous trainer, empowering
    Cons: just seven exercises! I would love to have more but doing 2/3 per week, I have almost 1 month covered, Not bad!

    All the levels running workouts

    Great running workouts are included in this audiobook. It is easy to press play and start to follow the exercises, even if you are a beginner. It was my first time doing follow-along workouts, and I reckon is a great way to do exercises!

    cardio and running exercises

    I was drawn to this book because it contains bodyweight and HIIT cardio exercises that I usually do to feel fit. I ended up following the running exercises too, as they are very enticing and I feel even better. Too bad that I have already finished all the workouts!
    I can't wait for another book by the same trainer to come out there.

    Running workouts

    I thought this audiobook was the usual rip-off suitable for beginners. I have to completely change my mind because some workouts are challenging for me too, even if I usually run several times a week!
    It gives you the proper running and rest times, without doing everything by yourself and risking making mistakes, avoiding injuries.

    This audiobook is ideal for people like me who want to run to lose weight and feel fit! I liked that each session is divided into three parts, warm-up, running, and stretching, so I can choose the part that interests me. Also, I really like the background music chosen: it is ideal for this purpose
