It is a guide to bringing all nations together under the love of God through Jesus Christ, for it is only then that Jehovah will allow his peace to reign king forever and ever.
The texts found within are based for Abraham's children to help remove the sleep from their eyes, so it is best enjoyed with your Bible at hand. However a religious belief is not necessary to enjoy this book, nor is it a requirement to understand the oneness of all creation and the sole creator.
