I wanted to finish the series so the audio book seems fitting because I was discourage by the writing style and a bit by the characters
The narrater Rebecca Soler is great, I liked listening to her interpretation.

Lectrice toujours parfaite. Le scénario reste intéressant, les sentiments des personnages bien décrits et détaillés (même si dans le cas de 2 personnages, ils changent un peu vite quand même), mais j'ai moins aimé que les précédents. L'histoire devient moins mystérieuse, magique, et plus à l'eau de rose, très centrée sur les histoires de cœur de Tella, avec des passages aussi répétitifs et emberlificotés que toxiques.

D'ailleurs, plusieurs relations sont malsaines, abusives, violentes même parfois, et clairement tordues, que ce soit dans les couples ou les relations parent enfant. Un des personnages commet un acte de trahison dérangeant au début mais qui ne semble pas perturber ses proches plus que ça et qui semblent l'oublier assez vite.

Aussi, cet épisode est beaucoup plus sombre, même souvent glauque, et perturbant que les précédents. Tortures, meurtres, sang etc pas trop de détails (enfin un peu quand même, attention âmes sensibles), les scènes sont brèves, mais cela reste fréquent et pesant. En tant que roman seul, je n'aurai pas aimé. En tant que fan des 2 précédents, j'ai quand même apprécié retrouver les personnages dans cette suite, et eu envie de savoir comment ils allaient évoluer.

les narrateurs sont super mais la dynamique des couples ne m'a pas conquise je l'ai trouvé plus toxique qu'enchanteresse. L'histoire est elle très prenante jusqu'au bout et je vais tout même lire once upon à broken heart car Jacques lui m à vraiment intrigué

I loved finale, Stephanie had finally found the balance between having interesting characters and a great plot. Indeed, in the first book I found the characters weren't loveable at all (I actually hated Tella) but the plot was really interesting. However, in the second, it was the opposite ! The characters were interesting and loveable, I even found myself enjoying Tella's personality but the plot wasn't it.
In this one ? P.E.R.F.E.C.T.I.O.N. Tella is my favorite character and Scarlett has a special place in my heart. I loved how much Scarlett changed throughout the series how she kept trying new things.
The plot kept me on the edge, it was the perfect pace and I loved how everything unfolded. I thought there was so much characters (introduced and some who were about to be introduced) while reading the second book but all the characters added something to the plot ! I did find the ending quite end-shorted...Wish we had a bit more info on Tella&Legend's life after everything that happened...
Overall it was the best out the the three, I think I will reread this one but not the first two (maybe in audiobook who knows 👀)
