    NO MORE SELF HATE!

    Quite often emotional eating, binge eating and so on are caused by a poor self-image. If you hate yourself, if you think you’re just not worth it no diet will ever work. This audiobook guides you through meditation and self-hypnosis and you start adjusting a few bad eating habits you had. As soon as you start losing weight you gain more self-esteem and you are motivated to go on with your healthy habits.     MADE ME STICK TO MY DIET PLAN.

    This book doesn’t give you a diet plan but helps you follow the one you’re already on. This is no small feat I can tell you!
