a must listen, should be part of our curriculum i

This was a suggested listening in one of my doctoral courses. The content is intuitive and impactful. This book is very impactful for one’s own self-reflection and useful to understanding how people learn and process information. I have since purchased multiple copies to give as gifts.

    Five Stars

If you ever wondered about what emotional intelligence is and how to increase yours, this is the book for you. It's a classic for a reason, and is well worth a listen for yourself or to better understand a loved one or friend who seems to have lower emotional intelligence.

More than just a long, hard look into the mirror

This book makes life easier. My partner and I both listen it, and we are constantly referencing the book to explain what we are feeling, or to have a better grasp on society, and the world around us.

    Listen it again and again

This is the original voice and the most in depth. Start here, if this topic interests you. Some wording is dated but that's to be expected given it was published over 20 years ago. Just something to note.

    Essential Listening

This is a book we all need to listen - parents, leaders of organizations, managers (these most of all!) and anyone who is in a position to work with or lead other people.
