This is a work of complete fictional fabrication from the mind of a questionable source. The following characters, places, and events are not based on real people. Still, some people think they are. Just between you, me, and the witness protection agency, these are actually prime cut Key West tales from the Daddy-O. Stories that happened, more or less. Mostly more.
Presented for your approval is a collection of mob stories with a touch of lime. Florida crime tales of muscle, mayhem, and misadventure.
Don Bogotto is the gentle don. A reserved, jovial senior who just wants to enjoy the Florida sun. And hold together a well-connected family operation. He’s really a wonderful guy, unless you cross him. But that never happens twice. Further clarification and exact references have been adjusted to protect the innocent. But who among us is truly innocent? All the names have been changed to avoid prosecution. But you still know who you are boys. So, let the chips fall where they may. In the end we all get whacked. The good times always end. The damn fat lady likes to sing, and the reaper always reaps. So sit back and relax. This is going to be a nice ride. Mo Mo when you're finished with our guests, take the cannoli.
