Many have attributed this contemporary reckoning to the public murder of George Floyd at the hands of Officer Derek Chauvin while three other officers looked on. For others, the mere desire to breathe freely is a struggle under the glare of persistent cultural lack of awareness and cultural destruction. In order to stop the constant cycle of progress than regression, we have to create a world where more people understand their culture and the cultures of others more fully and more often.
