The book title is "Cure tooth decay", yet in the book it says that it is uncurable or not fully curable. it has some interesting suggestions for mouth care in the last chapters. other than that - its very basic - regular orthodoxy. i think its better to read Ramiel Nagel's book with the same title.

Allow me to save you $3...
Allow me to save you $3. This is a 33-minute book that spends most of the 33 minutes teaching you the basics of teeth care that anyone in the United States or other civilized country already knows. Unless you are an alien inhabiting a human body and need to know how to take care of your teeth that you've had for your whole life and now need an audiobook to teach you this doesn't seem necessary. Then it gives some rudimentary prevention tips on how you could prevent cavities for probably less than 5 minutes. You can find a lot more information spending 10 minutes on a Google search.
