When the spectrum crystallizes, the Island of Fire falls back to slavery and oppression. Fifteen-hundred miles away, in the wake of a terrorist attack that slaughtered thousands, the Democratic-Republic of Nuria severs its war alliance with the ice island of Ichthyosis.
