    Great read but must incorporate therapy and workin

    If you need some motivation to keep your anger back on track, I highly suggest this book as it works.

    Extraordinary audiobook..

    This audiobook does just that. I like that it explains anger in both physiological and psychological terms. Anger is a normal and natural emotion. It’s how you react to it that makes all the difference. This audiobook gives you many tools and applications for taking back control.

    This is an excellent book

    This is an excellent book in my opinion. It's not groundbreaking by any means, but it does a nice job of putting together an effective process for managing anger. It's excellent as a reference, or for putting together a curriculum for clients. Well done!

    This book is amazing

    Tafrate gives some practical advice and some good ideas to try when your anger seems to get the best of you. My daughter was able to use some of the information for her teen age son.

    I highly recommended

    I highly recommended this for anyone with anger issues. It was simple to read, the pages have large font, it has a lot of exercises and pages to copy to use it as a workbook. It even has relaxation techniques. I found it practical, easy to follow, and helpful.
