    Great audiobook, make more!

    Easy, but full of great info!

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a self-help manual about how to use CBT to deal with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and some phobias. This a concise and easily understandable intro to CBT. It offers great, normalizing, non-judgmental advice and techniques for those looking to understand how/why intrusive thoughts affect our lives, and how to “move on”.

    Chapter 15 & 17 most helpful to me

    I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone

    I have anxiety and this audiobook has helped me identify some recurring negative thinking and start to change those thinking patterns into something positive. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone suffering from depression or anxiety and also anyone who just wants to break the negative thinking cycle for a more positive outlook on life.
