This is a wonderful story about New Orleans native, Casey Ferrand. Casey and her family live in New Orleans, where the people enjoy crawfish. If you're from "N'awlins", it is "crawfish". Some say "crayfish", and we love them the same and know what they mean. Casey's family is having their yearly Family and Friends Crawfish Boil. Everyone is invited. There even turns out to be a special guest that no one expected. We want you to enjoy this wonderful children's book, and help GUMBO Educational Services continue it's Mission: Sharing knowledge and educating those in the community for a healthier stronger safer community.
