FBI agent Jeannie Loomis, a flawed but dedicated agent who believes that sometimes the ends justify the means, is attempting to remain below the radar of the corrupt administration at the top of the bureau. While on a much-deserved vacation with her boyfriend, Interpol agent Sean Delaney, she is contacted by the Idaho State Police asking for a consult regarding a recently found body dump—the result of an active serial killer.
