Remember the suit he filed against the Wall Street Journal for $10 billion? That one was dismissed with prejudice! So Donald Trump has brought another lawsuit, this one against the BBC for its reporting about what he said on January 6. As part of discovery in the case, the BBC said it intends to subpoena Jack Smith to testify in a deposition.
