    Easy to use recipes!

    Easy to use recipes and good explanation of how the Atkin’s program works. If you need step by step direction this won’t help you.

    Important book!

    This diet is related to every part of our body so if you implement it properly many problems of your body will be removed like headaches and back pain.     Amazing book

    This low-carb diet, similar to keto, can really turn you into a slim and lean diva. At least it is working just like that for me, and I am glad I can now diversify my menu with the help of this recipe book. It offers some awesome ideas that even veteran dieters like myself haven't tried yet

    It was an excellent book.

    It was an excellent book. I was very nervous about starting Atkins eating. The book is chock full of information and graphs. The recipes are easy to follow. I recommend this book to take the mystery out of it.
