Peter Falconio and Joanne Lees, an English couple, set off for an adventure in the Australian Outback. Joanne was later found wandering by a highway with her hands bound and tape in her hair. She told police that a stranger had shot Peter and tied her up, but she had managed to escape. A massive manhunt ensued, but soon the media began to question both the authorities and Joanne. Was she telling the truth? Who was the stranger? Would justice ever be served?
