Adivi Bapiraju enjoys a unique name for coming up with brilliant short stories. There is no one like him when it comes to delivering some powerful short stories. His story collections are very popular. One among them is Amshumathi. It is a historic novel. The best part of it is that no one has seen the societal situations back then but the writer presented them to us in the best possible manner that we believe what we read. The story tells about Amshumathi, the daughter of Manchana Bhattaraka. She rejects many marriage proposals but gets hitched to Kubja Vishnuvardhana Vishamasiddhi.
