These four short biographical stories of teenage delusions mainly recount the early days in actor, film director, and writer Griffin Dunne's life. Whether he's filling someone else's shoes in a new job, trying to impress an older girlfriend, or attempting to get noticed by a President, Dunne's stories are sure to engage and entertain.

Part autobiography, part coming-of-age tale, all parts fun, Air Guitar is a collection of four short but true stories by American actor and director Griffin Dunne. In these whimsical tales, Dunne describes odd encounters and comic situations. The best part is that each essay is performed by Dunne himself. Who better suited to deliver his hilarious punch lines? Air Guitar is perfect for light bedside listening; the kind of intellectual yet entertaining writing you might find in The New Yorker.
