Description
Look for ways to touch the soul.
Remember what coaching's really about. It's about looking for ways to touch the soul, and having someone's life change.
Coaching simply can't be sold like other things are sold. And that turns out to be good news. Once you begin practicing true connection, you become successful.
In 37 Ways to Boost Your Coaching Practice, Steve Chandler shows just what steps to take - and the 17 lies to avoid - to give your prospective clients a powerful experience of the work you do. Learn to fill your practice by moving beyond coaching-as-a-concept. Creating clients happens one coaching conversation at a time, one true connection at a time.

Painful narration and weak content
I have quite literally never left a negative review before, but this was so awful, I want to help someone else avoid the buyer's remorse I'm feeling right now. This is just awful.

I just couldn’t …
Not even halfway through I cringed and yelled out, ‘I can’t. I just can’t.’ I could not listen to one more word out of this narrator’s mouth. The over dramatization and oft times melodic way in which she conveyed the content was beyond comprehension. I have never ever written a negative review. Ever. But I just had to write this. I love Steve Chandler‘s work. I just love it. I love his voice, and his narration. Why on earth would they select this particular narrator to narrate this book?!? On what planet would anyone believe this is a good fit?!? Seriously! Now I have to buy the actual book to get through the rest of it because I seriously could not listen to one more word uttered out of her mouth. It does not fit the content. It seriously does not. Such a huge huge disconnect. And I know I’m probably rambling but I am so upset. I actually thought in the beginning it’s not so bad and I’d even read the reviews, but I thought ‘oh come on, how bad can it be?’ It’s sooo bad. I thought I’d be able to get through it, but no I can’t, I just couldn’t. I just couldn’t. SMH

Great Resource for Coaches
Steve Chandler is recognized as one of the "greats" in the coaching world and this book is filled with wonderful advice as well as guidance that is especially appropriate for new coaches. I wish there was a short PDF of the 37 Ways however because when you are listening to an audio book (while commuting or on a walk for instance), its really hard to write down all of the wonderful advice you are getting. Some of lies seemed to me to be common sense but I know that common sense isn't always common practice and therefore it's good to put that out there. A great resource no matter what! Well worth the listen (and re-listen too)!

Very powerful. Steve Chandler has done it again.
Create the future from the future. Prioritize your business. Send out your love. Charge higher prices. Self esteem is about the Self. Esteem your own practice. Help people win. And you will also win.

Excellent.
Excellent book. In the first part Steve Chandler creates. In the second part he chips at - or better said - blasts away, everything that could possibly stand between me and my best me.
