Very well done

I enjoyed this book very much. To start, the narrator was lovely to listen too. The material was very well organized and easy to absorb. I listened 2 times so far to etch the tips deeper into my routine. I found a lot of value and help tips.

Interesting Approach of The Author

The book is short. And, even so, there's some unnecessary filler, especially at the beginning. But...for those who persist through that...there's some very helpful information. The tips on taking breaks, resetting other people's expectations, and staying clear on purpose are particularly helpful.

Great Help

I found that I was focused to learning about this book. It only takes a couple of hours and it is well worth the time. This is practical advice to improve your focus. The most significant bit is the piece about writing down ideas. These open loops have created a break in my momentum long enough!

I loved it...

I love the writing style, just the specifics covered in an order that flows nicely. I have taken many of these ideas and will put them into practice, to include reducing my caffeine intake. That will be tough!
