Compared to the other basic drives in life - eating, drinking, and reproducing - the purpose of sleep remained elusive.

Liked the idea of a sleep index for employees based on sleep tracker data, that you can redeem as € bonuses or time off. You need 2 features: quantity (7 to 9h sleep) and consistency (every night).
This, combined with some of the actionable tips to improve your sleep, would make for a valuable product in my opinion.
