Gilles Legardinier nous fait entrer dans un monde fantastique. Les personnages sont tous très attachants et les répliques qu'ils s'envoient sont hilarantes.

A scary eye opener

Martin Lindstrom seems to mean well and gives good advice in the last chapter. Although I can't help but find FMRI studies creepy...
Thank God we'll never discover an actual "Buy-button" in our brains.

My life was changed for the better thanks to this book. Never did I think that I actually practiced those knee-jerk reactions of fight-fright-flee when exposed to my "shame triggers".
Thank you Brené for your dedication to the study of shame and for sharing the result.

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn knows how to respond to God's warning to the world.
I'm definitely going to spread the word. God is good, He works wonderful ways but He is not to be mocked. Let's humble ourselves and RETURN to Him.

Chapter 14 : I think there is an incomplete sentence at the end of that chapter around the last 10 seconds:
"So what happens to a nation..."

Several readers that's a good idea !

I enjoyed this version of the confessions, because I could understand it.

Saint Augustine had a very poetical way to express things.
His testimony is inspiring even for today's generation of believers.

C'est triste et drôle à la fois. Grâce aux conseils de la dame Rose, Oscar est plein de ressources.
J'ai bcp apprécié sa manière directe d'aborder la vie, la mort et tout ce qu'il y a entre les deux.

I thought I had reviewed this book, but apparently not.
I was encouraged by the simplicity of the habit of prayer displayed.
My will is to take the first step into it!
Thanks again.

Enjoyed every minute!

sorry that it took me so long since last August to write a comment on this audio book.
I know how important it is for statistics purposes. How can I make it up to you?

On a more serious note. I hope to find this book in French and give it to my brother. We need relationship mending.

Very good !

This children's book is inspiring for me as a story teller to my own kids !
Loved the exemples that were taken like Naaman and the leprosy of the heart.

It is reassuring to know that suffering is useful and universal.
Thank you Timothy Keller for your teachings.
