Patti Stren has revisited HUG ME, one of her favorite stories, crafting even more funny, idiosyncratic tidbits to engage listeners with the whimsical tale of the frustrated porcupine, Elliot, in his determined quest to ask, beg and bamboozle his way into a hug. Everyone thinks it's an impossible goal! But he knows what he needs and deserves–that wonderful sense of belonging and peace anyone can get from a great, meaningful hug. Of course, after some shenanigans, there's a happy ending. Now charmingly translated and narrated in Ukrainian and in French, HUG ME also includes this timeless story in bilingual Ukrainian-English and English-French versions to reach even more children and families with its message of hope and perseverance.
