Interview with Licensed Psychologist and Specialist in School Psychology, Dr. Sara Glennon. In this 1-hour episode, I talk to Dr. Glennon about some of the most common mental health challenges facing students today, possible factors contributing to mental illness in adolescents ad steps we, as teachers, can take to help them navigate a critical time of transition in their lives.

In this first segment, I interview Cadet Colonel Ava Puschnigg, a senior and the Corps Commander for unit PA-942 at Ligonier Valley High School in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. Ava is a select for the AFJROTC Flight Academy and I talk to her about the selection process, her expectations for the program, and what's next for her following the Academy and graduation.
