Description

Red flags, red flags, red flags everywhere
The writing is good! The story is believable... And I did enjoy it... But man, I could not have a willing suspension of disbelief... In the other comments the heroine is hated so much... But the male MC? He reeks of red flags!!!! He is the kind of male MC I hate the most: the kind that would not have his way if he was not handsome and rich!
Spoilers:
He does not take no as answer at all! First date, he get her drunk (even though the author tries to empower de FMC by stating she can handle her alcohol), get her to his place...have a ONS... When she disappear during the night... He does not get the message... Because? "It was good for you too, right?" I mean if the guy was not rich and handsome... He behavior during the whole book would be constructed as a needy creep stalker! Every one of his "grand gestures" are one-sided! We, as the readers, have the FMC point of view to know that it's not really one sided... But still, he does not want to get the message when it is loud and clear! Because? I know you since 1 week-end but you are my soulmate! From the imbalance in relationships experience... The MMC gave me feeling of an old rich experienced man prying on a college girl (and yeah she did behave like an inexperienced college girl)... Let's lock that relationship tight before she can see my flaws! I don't see a happy ever after for those two... The next big decision the MMC will make unilaterally will break their couple... Tomorrow let's have children! Quit your job to raise them! No? You don't love me! I want children! Why did you not tell me you did not? Because we dated for 4 month before I proposed?!... Anyway...
