He has written other books that focus on health and wellness of children and what to expect from them at any age level. This book has helped parents understand their children. C.E.F. Associates formed in 1999, and has worked both nationally and internationally. This is a consulting company which has clients all over the world. Mr. William is the CEO of the company, and because of his servings in foreign countries the company has a huge client base.
