The story of this book caught me unexpectedly. Basically, it's the story of a missing woman, but it is so much more than that. All three women have an interesting story to tell. As I discovered things about them, my opinion on some characters shifted suddenly from hatred to understanding, or the other way around. I did not think I'd enjoy it that much, but, honestly, I couldn't stop listening, and only sleep left me with no other choice. The narration is shifting from one character to another, and this kind of narration usually makes me feel frustrated, but here, it's the other way around, because every bit of the three stories gives you a different point of view, sometimes on the same moment, and allows you to see it from a different perspective.
Concerning the narration itself, I really enjoyed Megan for the softness in her voice, and Rachel. Anna's narration was a bit stiff to my taste, but globally, I was carried away into the story from the first sentence to the last one. As a first experience with audiobooks, I can say it won't be the last.
